Incorrect availability from rota

Occasionally, rota's and carer rota links can become corrupted in the backend which can cause abnormalities with the availability shown for a particular carer.

Often, refreshing the link to the rota can resolve these issues.

Refresh a rota

To refresh a rota, you can do so by amending its name.

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!

  2. Click Tools, then click Rota Administration.

  3. Use the filter options to find the rota currently assigned to the care worker showing the incorrect availability.

  4. Double-click the rota that the carer is linked to in order to open it.

  5. On the Basic Details page, add either a - or 1 to the end of the rota name, and Click Save and Close.

  6. Click the X button on the rota selector page to close the menu.


Add the carer to a new rota

You could also try adding the carer to a new rota which will refresh the old availability on their record. To do this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!

  2. Click Tools, then click Rota Administration.

  3. Click the New Rota button.

  4. Complete the create new rota wizard.

  5. After the rota has been created and you have added shift patterns to the carer slots, link the carer using the Carer Links section. Ensure the correct start date is added for the carer link.
