Changing the rota assigned to a visit plan helps adjust staff schedules to reflect availability changes, improve coverage, and ensure visits are assigned to the right team members for efficient and timely service.

To change the rota assigned to a visit plan, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!, then click Clients.

  2. Using the search box, search for the client that has the visit plans that require the update.

  3. Double-click the client to open their client record, then click Visit Plan.

  4. Double-click a visit plan to open it, then click Visits.

  5. Double-click a visit that requires the rota update.

  6. Select a rota from the drop-down, and a Rota Shift.

  7. Use the < and > buttons to move the rotas in and out of the confirmed rotas box.

  8. When you are happy with the rotas, click Okay and update all of the required visits when prompted.

  9. Repeat the on the other rotas, until all of the changes have been made.

  10. Click Save and Close and Save and Close again.
