A visit might be missing from the visit plan in CallConfirmLive! due to scheduling errors, data syncing issues, or the visit not being properly assigned or saved in the system.
If a visit plan is missing a visit, please first check if the visit still exists within the plan. To do this, follow these simple steps:
Click Clients.
Enter the clients details into the search box and click Find Now.
Double-click the client to open their details.
Within the client details, click Visit Plan.
Double-click a visit belonging to the visit plan with the missing visit to open the plan details.
Click Visits.
Confirm if the visit is missing from the pattern. It may be that the visit time has been amended to have a duration of 00:00 hours. If this is the case, you should still be able to see the visit in this screen, but the start time and end time will be the same. To update the time:
Double-click the visit to open the details.
In the Duration box, add a duration.
Click Okay.
Click Save and Close.
Make sure you update the visits already created when prompted.
If the visit does not exist in the pattern, then it has been deleted. We can run an audit into how it became deleted. If this is required, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
