Visit plans are needed in CallConfirmLive! to organise care, ensure consistency, and meet the service userโs needs safely and efficiently.
To add a client visit plan, follow these steps.
Navigate to a new visit plan
Select the Clients section on the left side.
Right-click the client record and select Open Client.
Navigate to the Visit Plan section.
On the right-hand side, click the green Add Visit Plan plus button.
Add visit details
The Summary tab is where you will add the start date and description of the visit plan and any additional requirements such as tasks or tolerances.
Enter the start date and description.
Add any additional requirements, tasks or tolerances.
Once you're happy, click the Visit tab.
Select Add Visit.
Add the start time and duration.
Enter the days of the week that the visits should take place.
Add the Carer details.
Click OK.
If any skills are required, add these in the skills tab.
When you are happy with the setup, click Save and Close in the visit plan.
Save and close the client record.
