Ending a visit plan ensures the visit is closed properly and wonβt appear as active or ongoing in the system.
To end a client's visit plan, follow these simple steps:
Log in to CallConfirmLive!, then select Clients.
Right-click the client record, then select Open Client.
Select Visit Plan, then open the visit plan you need to end.
On the Summary screen, select the Until box and add the relevant end date.
Click Save and Close, then click Save and Close again.
