A planned visit in CallConfirmLive! is a scheduled care appointment that ensures timely, recorded, and monitored support for service users.

To add a planned visit, follow these steps.

  1. Ensure the Status filter at the top of the screen is set to Active or All.

  2. Click the Actions menu, then click Add Planned Visit.

  3. Set the date and time, then select the Client and Carer.

  4. Click Save and close.
