An actual visit is a care visit that has been completed and confirmed in real time by the care worker.
To manually create an actual visit follow these steps.
Log in to CallConfirmLive! and open the Visits screen.
Right-click the visit and select Open Visit.
Click Create Actual Visit, then select your reason.
Enter the start event and end event times.
Click OK, then click Save and Close.
