In CallConfirmLive!, you recreate visits from a visit plan to fix errors, update details, or reflect changes in patient care or scheduling.
In order to recreate visits from a visit plan, follow the simple steps:
Log in to CallConfirmLive!, then click Clients.
Enter the client's name, then click Find Now.
Right-click the click record and select Open Client.
On the left side of the client record select Visit Plan.
Double-click the visit plan to open it.
Click the Recreate Visits button at the top of the visit plan dialogue box.
Select the dates of visits that need recreating and click OK.
Click Close.
