You can recreate visits from a visit plan to fix errors, update details, or reflect changes in patient care or scheduling.
Log in to CallConfirmLive!, then click Clients.
Enter the client's name, then click Find Now.
Right-click the client record and select Open Client.
Select Visit Plan on the left side of the client record.
Double-click the visit plan to open it.
Click Recreate Visits at the top of the visit plan dialogue box.
Select the dates of visits that need recreating, then click OK.
Click Close.
