A visit plan might not be visible within a client record in CallConfirmLive! due to permission restrictions, incomplete setup, or syncing delays between systems.
This could be potentially caused by your user preference settings. To change this , follow these simple steps:
Select System in the top left corner, then select User Preferences.
Within the Planner section at the bottom is a Planner Time Range.
Set the Start Time to 00:00, and the End Time to 23.59.
Click OK in the top right corner.
If you are still unable to see the visit plan following these steps please raise a case with the Support Team.
