In CallConfirmLive!, you might need to end a carer link when a carer is no longer assigned to a client due to rota changes, staff leaving, or reassignment to another service user.
To end a carer link from a rota, follow these simple steps:
Click Tools, then click Rota Administration.
In the Carer section, select the carer from the dropdown list.
Open the rota, then click Carer Links.
Right-click on the carer name and select End Link.
Add the end date.
