If you receive the error, this is due to the start date of the carer record. If the carers start date is after the start date of the carer link, you will not be able to end this.
To resolve this issue, follow these simple steps:
Open the carer record, then click the Misc. Details tab.
Backdate the start date to that of the start date in the rota.
Click Save and close.
Once you have updated the start date on the carers record, you will be able to end the link within rota admin.
