This error message will appear when incorrect availability has been saved against a carer record. The error will be shown every time the carer record is opened.

There are two ways incorrect availability can be added to a carer record.

Either:

  • Through a shift - A shift has been added where the start time of the shift is greater than the end time. Such as 19:00 to 04:00.

  • By the system - Incorrect availability can be created against a carer record if lots of changes are made to a rota without saving between each change.

If you encounter this error, please check your rota shifts to ensure none of them have a start time greater than the end time. If you locate any shifts like this, please mark them as "Do Not Use" and recreate the shifts so the end time is after the start time.

After updating the shifts, or if there are no incorrect shifts to update, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article so we can remove the incorrect availability from the carer record resolving the error.

Please ensure you include the details of the carer impacted by the error, your company name and the CallConfirmLive! database you use.
