You may see this error when you open a client record that has a corrupted visit plan. To resolve this, the corrupted visit plan needs to be deleted from the client record and recreated.
⚠️ Important: You'll need to delete and recreate the corrupted visit plan to resolve this error. Contact your system administrator if you don't have the permissions to do this.
Resolve the error
Open the affected client record.
Click the Visit Plans tab.
Identify the corrupted visit plan, then click Delete.
Recreate the visit plan from scratch.
