Error 'UsrPlanner2 FillPlanner: Procedure call'

This error appears in the daily planner screen after clicking Find Now when there is a Name Not Known client in the search criteria.

Error message

Object: usrPlanner2.
Procedure: FillPlanner.
Number: 5.
Description: Procedure call or argument is not valid.


To resolve this error, add the forename and surname to the affected client and refresh the daily planner screen.

You can also remove the planned visit for the daily planner screen so it no longer throws the error:

  1. Login to CallConfirmLive!

  2. Navigate to the client or carer section, then click Advanced.

  3. Enable Unknown Clients or Unknown Carers, then click Find Now.

  4. Open the record by double-clicking, clear the Name not known checkbox.

  5. Add the client or carer forename and surname, then click Save and close.
