Client visits not showing in search

In this article, we explain why you are unable to see visits for a client when searching in the visits section.

Visits may not appear in CallConfirmLive! due to filters, missing schedules, data sync issues, inactive client settings, or user permissions.

If you can check the client record has the correct location set on their record to do follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Clients section on the left side.

  2. Enter the Forename/Surname or both.

  3. Right-click the client record and click Open Client.

  4. Navigate to the Financial section.

  5. If the Location dropdown is blank or has been set incorrect change this to the correct location.

  6. Select Save and Close.
