You'll see this error on the Visits screen when a carer is assigned to a visit by typing their name instead of selecting them from the drop-down list. You can resolve this by reassigning the carer using the drop-down list.
Resolve the error
On the Visits screen, locate the carer field.
Clear the carer's name from the field.
Select the carer's name from the Carer drop-down list.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: Always select the carer directly from the drop-down list. Typing the name manually will not complete the selection correctly and will cause this error.
