Carers may only be assigned to one rota at any given time and cannot be allocated to another rota where the scheduled times overlap.
Allocating carers to a rota:
Click Tools, then click Rota Administration.
Open the Carer Links screen.
Drag and drop the required carer onto the relevant shift to assign them.
Select the effective start date for the shift assignment.
Click OK to confirm and save the date.
Repeat this process until all shifts have been allocated to carers.
Click Save and Close to complete the allocation.
Care worker availability
Once a care worker has been linked to one or more shifts, their availability is updated automatically. To view this, click Care Workers, then click Availability.
