Reports are scheduled in CallConfirmLive! to automatically provide key data for monitoring and decision-making.
To set up a report schedule, follow these simple steps.
Log in to CallConfirmLive!, then click Reports.
Open a report category and click the report name you wish to schedule.
If required, configure the report's filters, then click Schedule.
Configure the report schedule using the drop-down options.
Enter an email address, then select the report format.
Click OK.
