Reports are scheduled in CallConfirmLive! to automatically provide key data for monitoring and decision-making.

To set up a report schedule, follow these simple steps.

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!, then click Reports.

  2. Open a report category and click the report name you wish to schedule.

  3. If required, configure the report's filters, then click Schedule.

  4. Configure the report schedule using the drop-down options.

  5. Enter an email address, then select the report format.

  6. Click OK.
