You might delete a scheduled report to stop sending outdated, incorrect, or unnecessary data, or to replace it with an updated version.
To delete a scheduled report follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the top of the screen and select Tools.
Then select Scheduled Reports.
Select the report you wish to delete.
On the right side select the icon with a red X labelled Delete Scheduled Report.
Alternatively, if no current user is able to view the report within the tool this could indicate that there is an active user account that is no longer being used which set up the scheduled report, this account should be made inactive within User Administrator, this will then delete the report.
