You can delete a scheduled report in CallConfirmLive! to stop sending outdated, incorrect, or unnecessary data. Follow these steps to remove a scheduled report.
⚠️ Warning: Deleting a scheduled report is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need the report before proceeding.
Click Tools at the top of the screen, then click Scheduled Reports.
Select the report you want to delete.
Click the Delete Scheduled Report icon.
📌 Note: If the report does not appear in the list, it may have been set up by a user account that is no longer active. To resolve this, make the inactive account active again in User Administrator, delete the scheduled report, then make the account inactive again.
