Planned visits are deleted in CallConfirmLive! when cancelled or incorrect to keep schedules accurate and avoid confusion.
Delete a planned visit
To delete a planned visit, you can follow these simple steps.
Navigate to the visit in question.
Either right-click and select Delete or you can open the visit and click Delete.
Delete all visits for a client
If you need to delete all visits for a client, follow these steps.
Locate the visits in question.
Highlight all visits by holding CTRL and selecting each visit.
🤓 Tip: You can select multiple rows by holding the Shift key and selecting the first and last visit in a list.
Right-click and select Delete.
