The most common reason to delete a shared contact is to remove outdated or incorrect info and avoid confusion.
You can follow these simple steps to remove the shared contact:
Navigate to the top of the screen and select Tools.
Select the option Contacts Administration.
Select the client's agency from the dropdown list.
Change the Filter By to Clients.
Click the Name column to place it in ascending order.
Scroll down to the name of the contact and select the contact.
On the right side of the contacts list, select the icon with a red X. You can hover over the Icon to see the label Delete.
