Reports sent from CallConfirmLive! can occasionally be blocked by email spam filters and antivirus protection, as they often contain attachments.
If you have requested a report from CallConfirmLive! but you haven't received it, please ensure you have checked your spam folders for the report.

Please also check your email address is correct within your user account. You can do this by following the simple steps:
Log in to CallConfirmLive!
Click System, then click User Administration.
Search for your user account.
Double click your user account to open the details.
Confirm the email in the Email box is correct.
