If the activation email has not been received please check the following:
Check the carers Spam and Junk folder.
Confirm the email address added to the account is correct and valid.
You can request another activation email by going to Access Group UK | Login Page using the option "I'm having trouble logging in" and entering the email address requiring the activation email.
If you have access to user manager, you can resend the activation email by following these simple steps:
Log in to User Manager, click on the user profile.
In the Account Status section click "Resend Activation Email.
The activation email will be sent from the email address [email protected].
