New user email not received

In this article, we explain what to do if the new user account email has not been received.

The new user account email will be sent under the email address [email protected] which contains the user's credentials. If this has not been received, you can try the following:

  • Check the carers Spam and Junk folder.

  • Search for the email address [email protected].

  • Check with your IT Department that the email has not been quarantined and that [email protected] has been whitelisted.

  • Confirm the email address added to the account is correct and valid.
