The new user account email will be sent under the email address [email protected] which contains the user's credentials. If this has not been received, you can try the following:
Check the carers Spam and Junk folder.
Search for the email address [email protected].
Check with your IT Department that the email has not been quarantined and that [email protected] has been whitelisted.
Confirm the email address added to the account is correct and valid.
