Your in-house user administrator can help with resetting your password. If you cannot locate your user administrator or the issue is with the first stage please raise a new case online.
You can request a password reset email using these simple steps:
Once you have clicked the CallConfirmLive! icon to launch the second login stage.
Select the Forgotten Password tab.
Enter your username, database, and email address then click OK.
An email will be sent to the linked email address with a password reminder from [email protected].
