There are two ways to update your CMBI password — you can request a reset from the login page, or change it yourself from within CMBI if you are already logged in.
Reset your password
To request a password reset, load the login page of your CMBI instance, enter your username, and click Forgot Password?
CMBI login pages:
You will receive a password reset email to the email address linked with your CMBI username is your account is found. The email will be received from "[email protected]" with the subject title "CXAIR Reset Password".
📌 Note: If you cannot remember your username, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Include the CMBI instance you usually log in to and the name of the company you work for.
Change your password
If you can log in to CMBI but need to change your password, follow these steps.
Log in to CMBI and click Preferences in the top-right corner.
Expand the Starting Up CXAIR tab.
Click Set Password.
Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
Enter your new password in the New Password field.
Click Modify.
