You can request a CMBI password reset email from the login page of your CMBI instance.
Load the login page of your CMBI instance, enter your username and click "Forgot Password?"
You will receive a password reset email to the email address linked with your CMBI username is your account is found. The email will be received from "[email protected]" with the subject title "CXAIR Reset Password".
If you cannot remember your username, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Please include the instance of CMBI you usually log in to with the details of the company you work for.
If you can log in to CMBI, but need to change your password, you can set your own password by following these simple steps:
Log in to CMBI, in the top-right corner, click Preferences.
Expand the tab Starting Up CXAIR.
Click the Set Password button.
Enter your old password in the Old Password box.
Enter your new password in the New Password box.
Click Modify.
