In CM Provider, you might need to reset your password if you've forgotten it or your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts.
To reset your password using the CM Mobile application, follow these simple steps:
On the login screen click Iβm having trouble logging in.
Enter the email address associated with the account.
Click Send.
An account recovery email will be sent to the associated email address. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
