If you require a report, please check if there are any reports existing within the report menu in CallConfirmLive! that would be suitable for your needs.

If the reports currently available to you are not suitable, please contact your account manager to discuss your requirements in further detail. We may have a pre-existing report that is not currently assigned to your report list that can be added.

Alternatively, you can raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. We can then pass the details onto your account manager so they can discuss your requirements with you, and advise the best course of action.
