Re-export visit data

In this article, we explain what the process is if you are wanting to request visits to be re-exported.

In CallConfirmLive!, you might need to request visits to be re-exported if the original export of visit data was incomplete, incorrect or had failed. For example your payroll, billing or reporting information.

To get your visit data re-exported, simply raise a new case and we'll do this for you. Ensure to include details of:

  • The visits that you require.

  • The clients.

  • The date range.
