Error: Citrix SSL Error 61

Guidance on resolving Citrix SSL Error 61 when logging in to CallConfirmLive!

Written by Billy Dilks

You may see this error when logging in to CallConfirmLive! via Citrix. It occurs when the CallConfirmLive! Citrix security certificate has not been authorised or trusted by your organisation's internal IT systems, preventing the connection from being established.

You'll see the following message:

'Unable to connect to server. Contact your system administrator with the following error: SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust 'RapidSSL Global RSA4096 SHA256 2022 CA1', the issuer of the server's security certificate.'

Resolve the error

As this error is caused by your organisation's internal IT systems not trusting the security certificate, you'll need to contact your internal IT team to resolve it. Ask them to authorise and trust the CallConfirmLive! Citrix security certificate on your organisation's systems.

⚠️ Important: Your internal IT team will need administrator access to your organisation's systems to resolve this. Raise the issue with them directly, referencing the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Error 61 message.

Raise a case

If your IT team is unable to resolve the issue, raise a new case online and include the following details:

  • The full error message you are seeing.

  • Your company name and CallConfirmLive! database name.

  • Confirmation that your IT team has been contacted.
