When attempting to log in to the system via Citrix, you may receive the following error message:
“Unable to connect to server. Contact your system administrator with the following error:
SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust ‘RapidSSL Global RSA4096 SHA256 2022 CA1’, the issuer of the server's security certificate.”
This error occurs when the CallConfirmLive! Citrix security certificate has not been authorised or trusted by your organisation’s internal IT systems, preventing the connection from being established.
To fix this, please contact your internal IT team and request that they approve or trust the certificate to allow the Citrix connection to proceed successfully.
