If you require multi-factor authentication to be enabled for your agency, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
If you have 2-factor authentication enabled already, follow the below steps to turn it on for a user account:
Log in to CM New World, then click User Manager.
Click the user you wish to enable 2-factor authentication on.
Ensure a phone number is added at the top of the user account and click the Enabled/Disabled toggle until Enabled shows to turn on 2-factor authentication for the account.
Click Save User to save your changes.
