In order for the carer to not see the mobile number of the other carer on a double-up visit with them. The carer's mobile number cannot be saved in the mobile part of the telephone section within the basic details tab of the carer record.
Only the number part or the 2nd mobile part of the telephone section of the carer record can be used if you do not wish for the carers to see the phone numbers on the double-up on the CM mobile application but the carers name with whom they are doubling up with will always be shown.
Please see the below screenshot. The carer's number must not be in the section with the red X. If you do not want the other carer on the double-up to see it
