On a double-up visit, the name of the other carer will always be visible in CM Mobile. However, their mobile number can be hidden by ensuring it is not saved in the Mobile field of the Telephone section on the carer record.
To keep a carer's number private on double-up visits, only use the Number or 2nd Mobile fields in the Telephone section of the carer record. Any number saved in the Mobile field will be visible to the other carer on the double-up visit.
