Missing or uncontracted visits

If you have a client who's visits have disappeared with no apparent reason, it may be that the contract link or start date has been amended, leaving the visits with no contract attached. Certain provider permission levels are unable to see visits with no contract.

To resolve this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Locate the client who's visits are missing and open their client record.

  2. Go into Misc. Details.

  3. Scroll down to Service started on and amend this to the correct start date for the client (or the date of the first visit for this client).

  4. You will receive a prompt asking if you wish to push the contract start date back to match the contract start date, click Yes.

  5. The contract date will now match the client start date and will cover any visits that do not have a contract, the visits should now be visible.
