You need to check bandings in CallConfirmLive! because if theyโre not configured correctly, staff pay rates or visit classifications might be wrong. If issues are found, you should contact Support to fix the settings.
If you are receiving the error: Bandings are not configured, please contact the Support Team. This is normally due to the clients contract.
To resolve this, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Client screen.
Locate the Client in question and open the Client record.
Navigate to the 'Misc Details' tab and ensure that the Client has a start date and that it is correct.
Once the start date has been amended, you should then ensure that the client is on the correct contract. To do this, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to Basic Details tab.
The contract will be displayed on the right.
Select the calendar icon beside the contract to display the contract history.
This will show you whether the contract history is correct or whether this needs to be backdated.
If not correct, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Please include all of the details of the changes that are required.
