Provider view missing in visit manager

In CM Provider, a provider view missing in visit manager can happen if the provider is not assigned the necessary permissions or if they are not linked to the relevant service locations or visit types.

If you are on the visit screen on CM Mobile and the providers are missing make sure you have the view assigned.

Follow these steps to add the missing provider to your view:

  1. Log in into the Landing Page.

  2. Click on the 'User Manager' tile, locate your username.

  3. Under the section Assigned Applications, click edit on the Visit Manager app.

  4. Here you will be able to add the missing provider.

  5. Once this had been completed, at the bottom of the screen please click 'Save User'.

  6. You will then need to log out and give the system approximately 10-15mins to make the change.

  7. Once you have logged back in you should now be able to see the missing provider.

πŸ“Œ Note: You can only see one view at a time within visit manager therefore if you have multiple views, you will need to change these as and when required.
