Log in to CM New World: <a href="https://acm-login.hsc.accessacloud.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Access Group UK | Login Page</a>.

Click Downloads in the top-right corner.

Select Visit Logs from the dropdown.

Complete the date range and client filters, then click Download.

2. Click Visit Manager.
3. Click Downloads in the top-right corner.
4. Select Visit Logs from the dropdown.
5. Complete the date range and client filters, then click Download.
