Downloading visit logs in CM New World lets you review and verify past visits, ensure accurate records, and support audits or reporting.
You can download visit logs within the downloads section on visit manager, there will be an option under download type called 'visit logs'.
You can filter by client and date range. To download your visit logs, follow these simple steps:
Log in to CM New World. (Access Group UK | Login Page)
Click on the Visit Manager tile.
In Visit Manager, click Downloads in the top-right hand corner.
From the dropdown list, choose Visit Logs.
Complete the date range and client filters, and click Download.
