Setup client feedback alerts

In order to raise client feedback notifications, client feedback alerts must be configured. To set these up, follow the simple steps:

  1. On the dashboard, click Settings.

  2. Click Workflow and then Add New Rule.

  3. Scroll down to the new rule, and add a trigger. For feedback alerts, please choose Client Feedback in the trigger section.

  4. Add a filter for a location, or set to all, and then choose the group of users or individual user to raise the alerts to.

  5. Click Save Rules.

πŸ“Œ Note: Alerts will only be generated after a rule is created. Any feedback created before the rule was added will not generate alerts.
