Setup client feedback alerts

In this article, we explain how to setup client feedback alerts.

In order to raise client feedback notifications, client feedback alerts must be configured. To set these up, follow the simple steps:

  1. On the dashboard, click Settings.

  2. Click Workflow and then Add New Rule.

  3. Scroll down to the new rule, and add a trigger. For feedback alerts, please choose Client Feedback in the trigger section.

  4. Add a filter for a location, or set to all, and then choose the group of users or individual user to raise the alerts to.

  5. Click Save Rules.

📌 Note: Alerts will only be generated after a rule is created. Any feedback created before the rule was added will not generate alerts.
