If you would like to receive notifications for missed medication, medication administered or medication threshold a workflow rule will need to be set up so alerts for this type of eMAR also come through.
To set eMAR notification alerts follow these steps:
Login into CM New World, then click Settings.
On the left-hand side click Workflow.
In the second section titled Workflow Rules click Add new rule.
This will add a new line with a new rule. You can now amend the trigger and type of filter.
You can then choose a user or group to get the alert.
Once this is completed click Save Rules.
You will now get receive alerts in the Client Manager application.
