If there are too many Missed Medication alerts, or any other kind of alert within CM New World for you to manually amend and reconcile, we can reject them on mass from our side if required. Please note for data integrity purposes the alerts will not be deleted, the status will just be updated to a status of Rejected.
If you need us to clear your alerts from CM New World on mass, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Please include the type of alert you need us to clear (Medication not administered, Client Feedback or Missed Meds) and the timeframe of the notifications to be included.
