If there are too many missed medication alerts or other alerts in CM New World to manually amend and reconcile, they can be rejected in bulk. For data integrity purposes, alerts are not deleted — the status is updated to rejected.
To request a bulk rejection of alerts, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Include the following:
The type of alert to be cleared (Medication not administered, Client Feedback, or Missed Meds).
The timeframe of the notifications to be included.
