If you have received a missed medication alert despite your care worker completing the eMAR for a client, this can be due to your eMAR timeslots.

For example, if your morning timeslot is 00:01 - 10:59 and the care worker completes the eMAR at 11:15, a missed medication notification would be raised as the eMAR should be completed before the end time of your morning timeslot.

If a care worker has completed the eMAR before the end of the timeslot, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. We would ask you to provide the following:

  • A screenshot of your eMAR timeslots.

  • A screenshot of the completed eMAR.
