In a CM Provider, you might need to change the names and times of eMAR timeslots to match a patient’s updated medication schedule, ensure accurate administration, or align with care home routines and staff availability.
To change the name and timeframe of the eMAR timeslots you will need to have access to the settings application.
If you do not already have access to the settings application, please assign it to your user using user admin, or contact your user administrator who can add this for you.
To change the name and times, follow these simple steps:
Log in to the HAS Portal, open the Settings application.
Click eMAR from the menu bar on the left hand side.
Change the name, start time and end time of each eMAR as required using the eMAR Time Slots tool.
Click Save.
