Missed medication notifications failing

In this article, we explain what to do if missed medication notifications are not being raised.

If you have not received Missed Medication Notifications for one or more of your Clients, please ensure that you check the frequency of the medication.

Any medication that has been set as 'When Required' will not generate a notification, if the question 'Is further action required' is set to no or yes.

If the Medication is set to Short Term or Recurring and you have not received the Missed Medication Notification, please raise a new case online, reference the title of this article, and include a screenshot of the eMAR timeslots that can be found in the Settings App.

It is also important to note that your notifications will be raised at the end of your eMAR timeslot, not the end of the visit time.
