If an eMAR is showing as stopped, but does not show who stopped it, and it has a to date before the from date, it may be that it was added as short-term and configured incorrectly.
When an eMAR is added as short-term, the user has to specify a start date, a start time, and for how many days the eMAR will run. If the user specifies the number of days to be 0 or they input a negative value, such as -1, the to date will be set to a date before the from date. and the eMAR will be on the stopped status as soon as it is created.
To prevent this issue from occurring, please ensure that a value of at least 1 is entered into the number of days for a short-term eMAR. If an eMAR is long-term, the recurring option should be selected instead.
