In CM New World, you might need to remove missed medication alerts or notifications if they've already been reviewed, recorded correctly elsewhere, or triggered in error due to timing or data entry issues.
If there are too many missed medication alerts, or any other kind of alert within CM New World for you to manually amend and reconcile, we can reject them on mass from our side if required. Please note for data integrity purposes the alerts will not be deleted, the status will just be updated to a status of rejected.
