In CM New World, you might need to edit client feedback to correct errors, add missing details, or update the information after a follow-up or change in the client’s situation.
You can amend client feedback with client manager as there is an edit functionality.
Log in to the HAS Portal - H.A.S. Technology | Login Page (hastl.com).
Open client manager.
Select the client who has the feedback logged to them.
Once in the client profile select edit feedback.
Once the changes have been made save the feedback.
