In CM New World, the client manager: To do list filters help users sort and view tasks based on criteria like type, priority, or due date, making it easier to focus on the most important actions.
To do list:
To locate the To Do List, log in to Access Group UK | Login Page.
Click on Client Manager. Tip: Client Manager will open on the Dashboard screen.
At the top of Dashboard screen click Notifications.
Click Open To Do List.
When clicked the to do list will display all new notifications including medication missed, medication not administered, medication stock threshold, and client feedback.
New notifications will show with new with a red tag.
In Progress Notifications will show a black tag.
Resolved Notifications will show a green tag.
Rejected Notification will show a blue tag.
Notifications can be searched using the view filters option in the To-Do List. Here you can search by the agency you are viewing if you have multiple views.
You can search by location, status, and assigned To. Tip: Status is where you filter between new, In progress, resolved, or rejected.
New and in progress notifications can be actioned. Rejected and resolved can be viewed.
