In this article, we explain roles and permissions.

In the CM portal, roles and permissions control what users can access and do based on their job function. Each role has specific permissions to ensure users only see what's relevant to them, supporting security, efficiency, and compliance.

Client Manager

General (standard functionality)

Read only

  • Can view the Personal tab.

  • Can view the Devices Tab.

  • Can view the Contacts tab.

  • Can view the Health tab.

  • Can view the Feedback tab.

  • Can view the Journal tab.

  • Can view the To-Do List.

Standard

  • Can Add Client feedback.

  • Can Edit Client feedback.

  • Can unregister/delink client from an NFC Tag.

Document Management

Read only

  • Can view the Files tab.

  • Can Preview and Download files.

Standard

  • Can Preview, Download and Upload files.

  • · Editor.

  • Can Preview, Download, Upload and Remove files.

Outcomes

Read only

  • Can view the Outcomes tab.

Standard

  • Can Add Outcomes.

  • Can Edit Outcomes.

  • Can Add ‘Progression Notes’.

  • Can Edit ‘Progression Notes’.

eMAR

Read only

  • Can view the eMAR tab.

Standard

  • Can Download Current Medication (PDF).

  • Can Download MAR (PDF).

  • Can Add new medication.

  • Can Add new blister packs/Compliance Aids.

  • Can Stop Medication.

Forms

Read only

  • Can view the Forms tab.

  • Can see previously completed Forms.

  • Can download previously completed Form results.

Standard

  • Can assign a Form template to client.

  • Can complete/fill in a Form.

  • Can allow or prevent a Form from being useable on CM Mobile.

  • Can download an offline version of the form.

  • Can upload a completed form.

Carer Manager

General (standard functionality).

Read only

  • Can see the Personal tab.

Standard

  • Can send Personal messages.

  • Can send Broadcast messages.

  • Can update Broadcast group details and members.

Forms

Read only

  • Can see the Forms tab.

  • Can see previously completed Forms.

  • Can download previously completed Form results.

Standard

  • Can complete/fill in a Form.

HR

Read only

  • Can see the Expense Tab.

  • Can see the Absences tab.

Standard

  • Can Approve or Decline Expenses.

Manager

  • Can add Absence reasons.

Data protection

  • Can download personal messages.

Visit Manager

Read only

  • Can view the Dashboard.

  • Can view the visit screen.

Editor

  • Allows users Add Visit Logs.
