The Deep Dive

DC2 migration preparation

The major focus this month was on the preparation for CM Portal & CM Mobile migration to DC2.

The communication for this is handled separately to this Newsletter but please keep an eye on your emails or attend the DC2 Webinars for updates.

The webinar that took place on the 26th March outlined the migration plans in detail, for more information please visit the customer success portal here.

With that in mind we did manage to get a few extra changes in.

Please Note: The some of the changes below will be released this week (Week Commencing 31/03) but please keep an eye on the What’s New tab for confirmation.

New filters when downloading Outcomes

This was another top voted request on the CM Ideas Portal so we wanted to get this out.

You will now see new ‘From’ and ‘To’ date filters when using the download Outcomes option within Client Manager.

This will filter the results based on the Progression Notes within that date range.

Forms: Improvement to the badge UI

Just a small update to the badge layout, used to denote if the Form was completed via the mobile app or is currently in the Draft status.

The change was based on feedback that the current layout could sometimes block the underline text.

Old design

New design

Forms Delete option is now only available to users with the Editor or above role

The Delete option when opening previously complete Forms will now only be available to users with the Editor or above role.

Just a quick reminder that your assigned Role can be updated within User Manager.

Previously completed Forms now open in Read Only mode

After reviewing feedback that the functionality around opening previously completed forms could be confusing, we have made a few changes in this area.

Firstly, when you open a Previously completed Form it will now be opened in Read Only by default.

For users with Standard & above roles, they will now see an Edit option.

The Edit button will switch the Form into Edit mode and unlock the standard options plus the Save as Draft option you currently only see when completing new Forms.

Whilst a Form is in Edit mode it will also now auto save when moving between pages.

eMAR/CM Mobile: Show/Hide unused timeslots

CM Mobile users now have the option to Hide or Show unused timeslots (timeslots with no medication assigned).

By default, unused timeslots will be set to hidden.

This should help with making the eMAR screen feel less cluttered.

Replaced the placeholder Document Management Icons

Small tweak but we have replaced the placeholder images within Document Management.

Bugs

  • Fixed an issue preventing the To-do list items showing correctly when filtering by location #1582936

  • Fixed an issue that could cause the loading spinner to show incorrectly on CM Mobile for iOS

  • Fixed a spelling error on the “Medication Not Administered" trigger in the workflow rules tab within the Settings app #1615042
