The Deep Dive |
eForms
The system will now automatically save a draft version of the form when a user moves between pages of a form within Client Manager. Users will see a ‘Save Successful’ notification at the top of the screen to denote this is successful.
The Save and Replace button is now more clearly worded.
A new option has been added to completely remove this option at an organisational level, this option will remove the ‘Save and Replace’ option for all end users.
Please request this via your CSM, Account Manager or the support team if you do not wish this option to be available.

Dynamic Timeslot’s is now live!
The following is a change we wanted to get out sooner but unfortunately, we needed to release the ‘Dynamic Timeslot’s’ feature first.
You should see the following change in production from the 4/02/25.
A new option ‘Is further action required’ will be displayed when recording medication as ‘Not Completed’ within Client Manager.
If this is set to No, the system will not generate a corresponding alert/notification for that entry. If this is set to Yes(default) the system will generate a corresponding alert/notification.
Please Note: This does not impact the behaviour when the entry is recorded via CM Mobile.
Document Management
Just a quick update on the Document Management feature progress, work is underway to share files between the Office (via Client Manager) and the CM Mobile application.
This release entails security & encryption updates, automating the download of shared files (for offline support) and of course ensuring the end-user performance isn’t overtly impacted by this change.
The option to share certain files with the family or other external stakeholders using the Client Portal is also underway and we are hopeful this feature will be out in February.
Please Note: You will also be able to hide/show the new Files Tab via the Client Portal options within the Settings app.
