Welcome to the June 2025 edition of monthly newsletter from the Access CM Product Team.

Forms date filter

We received feedback that the Month filters that were recently introduced to the Forms tab were causing some confusion. Following on from this feedback, we have changed the filters to a full date filter (From/To) which is defaulted to show the previous 60 days. Up to 12 months of results can be returned at once.

Forms Carer Manager Option Cog

The options Cog will shortly be available in Carer Manager allowing you to remove Form templates that have not been used. Please keep an eye on the 'What’s New' for confirmation on when this has been released.

eMAR poor network improvements

Additional validation has been added to prevent duplicate records from creating if a user is on a poor network and repeatedly clicking the Create/Copy options.

CM Mobile v16 released

CM Mobile v16 was successfully released. This contains the latest security certificate update to ensure the app remains secure.

CM Mobile UI update continued

The refresh of the CM Mobile UI continues with work completed on the main schedule screen. We are aiming to complete the remaining screen and have this released in early August.

Bugs

  • We fixed an issue that would cause the form data to output incorrectly #1637880

This was due to the apostrophe character that is used in some keyboards, particularly iPhone keyboards, which uses a different unicode causing the output to show incorrectly.

  • Fixed an issue that could cause the Client Feedback download to output incorrectly # 370024

  • Fixed an issue with customers using Access Identity that would cause the app to behave incorrectly when signing out and back in #1528483

  • Fixed an issue with the “Not Administered” workflow items displaying the incorrect time #1669135

  • Fixed an intermittent issue that prevented the password reset email from always sending when an account was previously set to disabled #1631505

  • Fixed an issue that could cause blister packs to not always show on the MAR download if the client was setup with multiple Blister pack records #1705208

  • Fixed an issue with the widgets in client manager showing inactive clients #1712939

  • Fixed an issue that could sometimes prevent a Visit Log linking correctly to the visit - CM Mobile v16.0 #1641266
